Working Conditions: Contract, Remote position, expected 10 hours a week, Flexible Schedule 
Position Summary: The Media/Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for the general marketing, social, and consulting functions necessary for Wright Mindset Therapy Services to operate daily. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

​

Responsibilities

  • Accurately records and posts a minimum of 3 posts a week on Wright Mindset Social Media platforms.

  • Continuously assesses and improves the company’s performance through research, networking, and marketing.

  • Utilize improvement strategies and tools to positively impact all aspects of the company.

  • Meets deadlines in a timely fashion.

  • Assists in the selection of third-party services, contracts, and collaborations to increase productivity and revenue.

  • Submit biweekly productivity sheets in a timely fashion.

  • Assists with the setup and completion of campaigns.

  • Attend all events related to the company to increase network and collect data and items for promotional purposes.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Assist in the coordination of activities and events related to the business and its third party contracts.

  • Other duties assigned by supervisor.
     

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED Minimum

  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.

  • Ability to operate remotely and independently if necessary.

  • Ability and willingness to collaborate with the staff and clinical team within the practice and third parties.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Skilled in the ability to be flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.

  • Ability to operate to the highest ethical standard and professionalism, including confidentiality.

  • Must be able to learn and implement computer software and social media platforms.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SEO and other necessary marketing tools.

  • Innovative and proactive.

  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation.

  • Able to complete tasks with little direct supervision.
     

Compensation: $17 - $60/hr (Paid Internship Available upon meeting requirements)
