Working Conditions: Contract, Fee for service, Remote position, Flexible Schedule

Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor position is responsible for providing appropriate clinical oversight, guidance, and support to our team of therapists and counselors. Provide therapeutic services to a small caseload that may include individuals and/or families from different ethnic, age, and religious backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of therapists and counselors, ensuring adherence to ethical standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct weekly case consultations with therapists to review client progress, discuss treatment plans, and provide clinical guidance and support.

• Develop and deliver training programs and continuing education opportunities for therapists to enhance their clinical skills and competencies.

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Review and approve clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of care.

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients to assist them in meeting their goals.

• Evaluate clients’ mental condition based on interviews, assessments, observations, and collaboration with other members of the clinical treatment team.

• Maintain all professional licensures required.

• Submit all clinical notes for services within 48 hours.

• Maintain confidentiality of client records and treatment.

• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.

• Licensure as one of the following: LCPC, LICSW, LCMFT, or similar independent license.

• Ability to operate remotely and have a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

• Committed to serving vulnerable individuals and those who are of a marginalized culture.

• Ability and willingness to collaborate with the staff and clinical team within the practice and third parties.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to operate to the highest ethical standard and professionalism, including confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently as well as a team member.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Electronic Health/Medical Record Systems and Microsoft Products.

Innovative and proactive.

Experience with speaking and/or facilitation workshops and training.

Compensation: Up to $135,000/yr based on experience and licensure.
